Forming Leadership Resilience Hybrid Course

Based on Tempered Resilience: How Leaders are Formed for the Crucible of Change, this course is for leaders who know that their capacity to bring change and lead through crises depends on their own ongoing transformation. This 6 week course will work through Tempered and Resilient Leadership, led by Tod Bolsinger. The 60 minute Zoom sessions with breakout groups will take place Wednesdays at 3:00 PM PST from January 27- March 3, 2021.
