Do you worry a lot, feel restless and on edge, and fear that something terrible may happen? Through this course, we give a basic introduction to the human experience of fear and anxiety and seek to help you name and address the sources of these emotional realities. In addition to offering basic tools for assessing and managing your emotional distress, we also share a biblical and theological basis for hope in the midst of your suffering. Our prayer is that through these reflections and activities you will realize how deeply God loves you and stands with you in the pain.
